Indonesian Regulatory Compliance

Company Registration: Juara Holding Group is a registered Perseroan Terbatas (PT) company with a valid NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak / Taxpayer Identification Number).
Tourism Business License: We hold a SIUP Pariwisata (Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan Bidang Pariwisata) issued by the Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif, authorizing us to operate as a tour and travel agency. Our license number is available for review upon request.

DAN Affiliation: We are a DAN industry partner. All dive operations are equipped with DAN-standard emergency oxygen kits, first aid supplies, and crew trained in their use.
Emergency Action Plan (EAP): We have a comprehensive, documented EAP for all common diving incidents. This includes communication protocols with our 24/7 on-shore support team and clear procedures for evacuation to the nearest medical facility and hyperbaric chamber.
Equipment Standards: All partner dive equipment (compressors, tanks, regulators) is subject to a rigorous maintenance schedule, with logs available for inspection. We use only top-tier brands like Scubapro and Aqualung.
