How the rate works

Priced Per Person, Cheaper as the Group Grows

The trip runs privately for your group, from two people up to twelve, and the rate is per person. The figures on this page are the twelve-person tier — the cheapest one. A group of four pays more per head than a group of twelve, so treat every number here as a floor rather than a quote. Which resort you take moves it too: Lalelka is the lower rate, Panun the higher. A written, itemised quote comes back within 24 hours at no cost.

Three nights at Lalelka or Panun in Raja Ampat plus a night at Aston Sorong either side of the flights, all meals, the private speedboat for your group alone, airport transfers, entrance fees at the sites, and travel insurance. Rooms are twin-share — one room per two people.

Drone, mirrorless and GoPro documentation across the trip, in the package rather than sold as an add-on. It is unusual to find this bundled, and it is the reason most groups stop asking about a separate photographer.

The Raja Ampat entry pin

A government conservation levy, payable by everyone aged twelve and over, valid for the calendar year. It funds ranger patrols and community programmes. We arrange it; it sits outside the package price.

Snorkelling gear

Bring your own mask, snorkel and fins, or rent them. This is the item people most often assume is bundled, so it is worth settling before you pack.

Getting to Sorong

NOT included

International into Jakarta (CGK) or Bali (DPS), then the domestic leg to Sorong (SOQ) — three to four hours. You book these; we advise on timings so the connections work against the departure schedule. The Sorong hotel night is already in the package.
